We are currently looking to recruit an Executive Assistant (m/f)

As an Executive Assistant, you will act as the Personal Assistant to the CEO and COO as well as the Administrative Assistant to the team.

Your responsibilities

  • As Personal assistant, your duties and responsibilities include a variety of life management:
  • Assist the CEO and COO in the day-to-day activities (manage communications and scheduling, calendar management, conference calls, travel coordination, expense report management)
  • Proactively consider and organize important deadlines and meetings
  • Handle confidential information and facilitate communication between the appropriate internal departments
  • Act as Board Secretary : source agenda items from Chair and Board members, take notes during each Board of Directors meeting, circulate agendas, reports and approved minutes, respond to and file all Board correspondence
  • As an Administrative assistant, your duties and responsibilities include a wide range of administrative tasks as well as project follow up :
  • Maintain office organisation (order furniture, greet the visitors)
  • Manage Phone, email and general correspondence
  • Provide a general administrative support to the team including memo writing, filing and copying
  • Organise files and maintain an effective system of document management
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable invoices
  • Prepare and create excel spreadsheets, presentation materials and meeting agendas
  • Manage budgeting and finance tasks: process expenses, purchase orders, invoices and contracts, vendor setup and customers invoicing, prepare financial planning and reports, Invoice recording and monthly reconciliation of the open orders/invoices
  • Coordinate website updates, posts on social media, registration and participation to conferences and events

Your profile

  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and prioritise daily workload
  • Need to be a self-starter with strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Successful experience in an administrative officer role and in supporting senior level executives
  • Bachelor degree is a minimum
  • Excellent communication skills both in written and oral English and French, any other language will be considered an asset.

Your responsibilities:

  • Deploying and contributing to the company sales strategy
  • Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Achieving aggressive sales objectives
  • Building and nurturing highest standard sales relationships with key prospects at both national and international levels
  • Developing an outstanding account management culture
  • Identifying and articulating internally and externally business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
  • Responding timely to RFPs and negotiating contracts in line with the defined pricing strategy
  • Following up long term sales cycles
  • Staying abreast of customer, market and competitor activity and providing regular feedback to Executive management

Your profile:  

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance or economics
  • Relevant successful experience of minimum 5 years within the financial services industry, including the Luxembourg financial market (funds and banking sectors)
  • Measurable selling and closing skills
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales target
  • Articulate and effective presentation skills
  • Results oriented and customer focused mindset
  • Outstanding written and spoken communication skills in French and English, any other language will be considered as an asset
  • You act collaboratively with a high sense of confidentiality and integrity

We are currently  looking to recruit an IT Service Owner (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing application within OpenShift and Linux environment
  • Providing second level support and escalating/dispatching if necessary
  • Releasing preparation and deployement
  • Being the point of contact with IT services providers
  • Supporting developers in Ops tasks
  • Setup of monitoring and alerting systems
  • Supporting tracking and documentation of details of problems, status of service requests, and resolutions
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of IT service management, project management and resource management processes and practices
  • Reviewing information (e.g., procedures, installation, configuration) related to new technology
  • Supporting the execution of disaster recovery and business continuity processes and events

Your profile:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and you have a relevant IT experience of minimum 2 years

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Compliance, Risk and Data Protection Officer (m/f)

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the day to day operations of the Compliance & Risk Department
  • Report to the Chief Executive Officer about compliance issues
  • Produce comments, advice and guidelines in Compliance Matters
  • Draft and amend procedures & policies
  • On a daily basis, review and advise teams in certain files and results from name screening
  • Liaise with supervisory authorities for clarification and guidelines in AML/KYC and data protection matters
  • Check and implement regulatory changes at global, EU and national level

Your profile

  • A master degree
  • Successful experience of at least 4 years in a Luxembourg PFS, in the fields of Legal, Audit and/or Compliance
  • Experience in dealing with name screening tools
  • An entrepreneurial and risk-based approach spirit
  • Able to work in team and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills in English and French, any other language will be considered as an asset
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of operational needs and constraints
  • Ability to speak in public
