We are currently looking to recruit a Legal Advisor part-time

The Legal Advisor will work on multiple projects and will be in charge of i-Hub’s legal and regulatory compliance, side by side with the Compliance Officer.

Your responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Provide the management with regular advice on legal and regulatory issues
  • Regular contacts with the authorities
  • Liaison between all teams, client and providers
  • Work delivery on time

Your profile

  • Master degree is a minimum
  • Good knowledge of contract law, AML/KYC processes and data protection rules
  • Successful experience as a legal advisor in the financial sector if possible
  • Autonomous, dynamic and proactive person
  • Innovative mind-set and good organisational skills
  • Strong communication and adaptation skills to the various co-workers and to new business developments
  • Good understanding of operational needs and constraints
  • Ability to manage several projects at a time and to make things happen
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills both in written and oral English and French, any other language will be considered an asset

We are currently looking to recruit a Junior KYC Officer

Your Responsibilities

  • Deal with AML/KYC identification and recertification files
  • Follow up with the client to ensure receipt of necessary documentation
  • Escalate any non-compliance/ client queries to Relationship Managers, and top management if necessary
  • Assist in drawing up internal AML/KYC procedures

Your Profile

  • 0 - 2 years’ AML/KYC experience in Transfer Agency/ Compliance or Fund Operations 
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail
  • Bachelor degree in business, finance or related fields
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Strong language Skills: Fluent French, English and/or German. Any other European languages are considered a strong advantage

We are currently looking to recruit a Junior Software Engineer

The Software Engineer provides technical expertise in the development, unit testing and basic debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software. He/ she will participate in all phases of the development lifecycle: develop, test, document and maintain applications.

Your Responsibilities

  • Writing, analysing and supporting the implementation of new development requests
  • Ensure that the development is well tested using unit tests
  • Supporting various testing cycles and trial runs toghether with the test team
  • Create appropriate levels of technical documentation for any incoming development requests

Your Profile

  • Very good knowledge of relational database and MongoDB
  • Good knowledge of development language JAVA, any other language is considered as an asset
  • Good knowledge of XML and JSON technologies (XML, XSD, XSLT, XPATH)
  • Good knowledge of web services technologies (SOAP, REST)
  • Good knowledge of the Spring Boot framework
  • Team player
  • Fluent French and English. Any other language is considered as an advantage

We are currently looking to recruit an Operations Applications Support Manager

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the tickets (incidents, bugs, requests for change) raised by the Operations Team and depending on their nature follow up with the relevant parties until resolution.  This includes as well technical tickets escalation coming from Clients or End-Clients.
  • In case of change management tickets, review the request, obtain relevant details from the operations team, properly describe the business requirements so that they are ready for review and prioritisation.
  • Participate to the BAT testing on behalf of the Operations team whenever required.
  • Provide training in advance of releases impacting the operations team.
  • Carry out the PIV tests.
  • Manage operational efficiency projects,  this may also involve non-technical aspects like SLA updates or vendor selection.
  • Project follow up until implementation

Your Profile

  • A solid business analysis (KYC, AML business knowledge) and project experience of 5 to 10  years is a must
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Experience in working with Jira, Visio and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Pro-active customer service attitude and diplomatic skills in order to communicate at all levels of the organisation and as well with external stakeholders
  • Strong English and French written and oral communication skills, any other language will be considered as an advantage

We are looking to recruit an Onboarding Manager

The Onboarding Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of i-Hub’s Clients to the i-Hub platform. The onboarding Manager reports to the COO and is part of the Operations team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Define and standardise the onboarding procedures
  • Acting as the privileged contact person for the client during the assessment and onboarding phase
  • During the Assessment or evaluation phase:
  • Analyse the existing AML-KYC documentation and operational processes of the Client.
  • Establish the gap analysis from “as-is” to “to-be” situations in order to determine the timeframe and budget needed to onboard the client.
  • During the Onboarding phase:
  • In charge of the onboarding process from the analytical phase and planning until the execution
  • Ensuring a smooth coordination between the client’s stakeholders and i-Hub involved team members
  • Manage the data and documents migration
  • Coordinate the transition of client’s business into production
  • Regular Reporting on the different stages of the project
  • Ensuring the respect of quality and deadlines

Your Profile: 

  • A solid experience of 10  years in KYC
  • A strong experience in Project management (business case-gap analysis – cost/benefit analysis)
  • A proactive mindset and demonstrate the willingness to take initiative
  • Strong organisation and people management skills
  • A pragmatic and analytic person
  • Strong affinities with technology
  • Fluent in English and French, any other languages is considered as an advantage
