We are currently looking to recruit an IT Corporate Support Technician

Your responsibilities

  • Assist the IT Corporate Support Officer on a day to day basis with the following tasks:
  • Route, escalate, resolve, support problems reported by end user (in ITSM) Level1
  • Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade IT corporate Assets and in house Network with the Managed Services Provider under supervision of the IT Corporate Infrastructure Officer
  • Install and integrate new Workstations hardware and applications to serve the IT Corporate Infrastructure
  • Ensure network security and connectivity
  • Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
  • Monitor, qualify (if needed) and Route ITSM (Jira) User requests
  • Maintain and document systems administration

Your profile

  • Excellent Communication skills and the ability to communicate with end-users
  • First level of support knowledge in IT
  • Excellent communication both in written and oral English and French, any other language will be considered an asset

Your profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance or economics
  • Relevant successful experience of minimum 5 years within the financial services industry, including the Luxembourg financial market (funds and banking sectors)
  • Measurable selling and closing skills
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales target
  • Articulate and effective presentation skills
  • Results oriented and customer focused mindset
  • Outstanding written and spoken communication skills in French and English, any other language will be considered as an asset
  • You act collaboratively with a high sense of confidentiality and integrity

We are currently  looking to recruit a Compliance and Risk Officer

Your responsibilities

  • Assist business units with pending KYC and provide guidance in analysing KYC
  • Answer the day-to-day KYC compliance queries from different departments/servicing teams
  • Offer ongoing support to all the staff on compliance issues
  • Ensure regulatory risks are properly managed
  • Cooperate with the authorities (CSSF,CRF)
  • Filing of SAR to the CRF
  • Ensure regulatory filings, reports and documentation are completed with accuracy
  • Participate to the implementation of new regulations, supervising transversal projects
  • Perform regulatory watch
  • Internal KPI reporting

Your profile

  • 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in Compliance, preferably in the financial sector in Luxembourg
  • Having completed the IFBL M1 and M2 Compliance training will be considered as an advantage
  • Good Knowledge of Luxembourg AML laws & regulation and compliance matters
  • Proactive, quick learner, able to identify root causes of issues quickly and in a timely manner
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Full ownership over your tasks and taking responsibility outside your own direct field of work
  • Team player who provides support and help to other team members
  • Act independently to resolve simple cases and propose solutions to senior team members
  • Signals deviations and escalates matters accordingly to the line managers
  • Excellent communication both in written and oral English and French, any other language will be considered an asset

The Legal Advisor will work on multiple projects and will be in charge of i-Hub’s legal and regulatory compliance, side by side with the Compliance Officer.

  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Provide the management with regular advice on legal and regulatory issues
  • Regular contacts with the authorities
  • Liaison between all teams, client and providers
  • Work delivery on time

Your profile

  • Master degree is a minimum
  • Good knowledge of contract law, AML/KYC processes and data protection rules
  • Successful experience as a legal advisor in the financial sector if possible
  • Autonomous, dynamic and proactive person
  • Innovative mind-set and good organisational skills
  • Strong communication and adaptation skills to the various co-workers and to new business developments
  • Good understanding of operational needs and constraints
  • Ability to manage several projects at a time and to make things happen
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills both in written and oral English and French, any other language will be considered an asset

Your Responsibilities

  • Deal with AML/KYC identification and recertification files
  • Follow up with the client to ensure receipt of necessary documentation
  • Escalate any non-compliance/ client queries to Relationship Managers, and top management if necessary
  • Assist in drawing up internal AML/KYC procedures

Your Profile

  • 3-4 years’ AML/KYC experience in Transfer Agency/ Compliance or Fund Operations 
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail
  • Bachelor degree in business, finance or related fields
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Strong language Skills: Fluent French, English and/or German. Any other European languages are considered a strong advantage
