We are currently  looking to recruit a Compliance and Risk Officer

Your responsibilities

  • Assist business units with pending KYC and provide guidance in analysing KYC
  • Answer the day-to-day KYC compliance queries from different departments/servicing teams
  • Offer ongoing support to all the staff on compliance issues
  • Ensure regulatory risks are properly managed
  • Cooperate with the authorities (CSSF,CRF)
  • Filing of SAR to the CRF
  • Ensure regulatory filings, reports and documentation are completed with accuracy
  • Participate to the implementation of new regulations, supervising transversal projects
  • Perform regulatory watch
  • Internal KPI reporting

Your profile

  • 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in Compliance, preferably in the financial sector in Luxembourg
  • Having completed the IFBL M1 and M2 Compliance training will be considered as an advantage
  • Good Knowledge of Luxembourg AML laws & regulation and compliance matters
  • Proactive, quick learner, able to identify root causes of issues quickly and in a timely manner
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Full ownership over your tasks and taking responsibility outside your own direct field of work
  • Team player who provides support and help to other team members
  • Act independently to resolve simple cases and propose solutions to senior team members
  • Signals deviations and escalates matters accordingly to the line managers
  • Excellent communication both in written and oral English and French, any other language will be considered an asset

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Business Analyst

Your Responsibilities

  • The Senior Business Analyst will help the business implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project. In this role, once an IT project has been initiated, you will be the link between Business and ICT for all project requirements during the analysis phase. You will be responsible for:
  • Maximising the value of the product resulting from the work of the Development Team.
  • Performing and/or challenging detailed business and functional analysis on enhancement and project requests raised by the business and provide efficient solutions. 
  • Clearly expressing Product Backlog items.
  • Optimizing the value of the work performed by the Development Team.
  • Ensuring the understanding of items in the Product Backlog by the Development Team.
  • Defining, planning and documenting the business processes and functional requirements for technology initiatives.
  • Developing and documenting Business use cases.
  • Ensuring that the technical solutions developed meet the business needs.
  • Interacting with technical software architects and developers to ensure the system is properly implemented from a business and functional perspective.
  • Participating to the testing phases.
  • Providing assistance in the creation of system documentation and user manuals.

Your Profile

  • University degree
  • Strong experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner or assimilated role within financial industry (preferably within fund industry)
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Willing to work autonomously
  • Very high level of team spirit and problem solving attitude
  • Experience working in collaborative environments, Agile methodologies, Jira and Visio
  • Pro-active customer service attitude and diplomatic skills in order to communicate at all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders
  • Experience in KYC/AML matters is a great advantage
  • Strong written communication skills, both in English and French, any other language will be an asset

We are currently looking to recruit an IT Corporate Support Officer

Your Responsibilities

  • Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade IT corporate Assets and in house Network with the Managed Services Provider
  • Install and integrate new Workstations hardware and applications to serve the IT Corporate Infrastructure
  • Support and administer third-party applications as application owner
  • Ensure network security and connectivity
  • Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
  • Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords under CISO supervision
  • Monitor, qualify (if needed) and Route ITSM (Jira) User requests
  • Resolve problems reported by end user (in ITSM)
  • Define network policies and procedures in line with the Company Policies
  • Specify system requirements and design solutions
  • Research and make recommendations on IT Corporate systems administration
  • Manage, document Projects IT Corporate related, interact with the Company Project Manager to feed the Company projects roadmap, objectives
  • Implement and manage disaster recovery and back-up plans
  • Follows Business Continuity policies and guidelines

Your Profile

  • Strong written communication skills, both in English and French, any other language will be an asset
  • Ability to communicate with end-users
  • First experience of 2-3 years in IT Corporate Infrastructure and Application Support
  • Good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
  • Good knowledge in the Best practices of IT, ITIL, ISO2700, ISO22301
  • Good Knowledge in best practices in IT Project management, Prince2

Your profile

  • Bachelor/Master degree

  • Knowledge in both waterfall and agile projects
  • Ability to use Office MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of request in database (SQL, JQL) would be a plus

Your Responsibilities

  • Deal with AML/KYC identification and recertification files
  • Follow up with the client to ensure receipt of necessary documentation
  • Escalate any non-compliance/ client queries to Relationship Managers, and top management if necessary
  • Assist in drawing up internal AML/KYC procedures

Your Profile

  • 3-4 years’ AML/KYC experience in Transfer Agency/ Compliance or Fund Operations 
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail
  • Bachelor degree in business, finance or related fields
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Strong language Skills: Fluent French, English and/or German. Any other European languages are considered a strong advantage
